Whether you’re here for a horse show, a family getaway, or an extended stay, the house is set up to feel comfortable and easy from the moment you arrive. We try to make packing easy, too. Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and kitchen basics including cooking oils and a selection of spices. Families will find toys and games for the kids, a mini crib, and a Pack ’n Play available upon request. Heading out for the day? We also have coolers and beach toys you’re welcome to use. Make your morning coffee, cook a family dinner, throw in a load of laundry, or curl up on the couch after a long day — you shouldn’t have to pack your whole house to feel at home here.

About this property:


There is a separate apartment above the garage that is rented independently and has its own private entrance. We also occasionally stay in our camper toward the back of the property. We’re happy to give you all the privacy you’d like, but we’re just as happy to say hello, answer questions, or help with anything you need. We leave the level of interaction entirely up to our guests.

We had a great stay at Rachel's beautiful, very clean home! The house and grounds were exactly as pictured and described. It was the perfect place for my family of 10, including 4 children aged 10 and younger, to spend the week. Rachel was extremely helpful whenever we had a question. The house is close to Traverse City and Elk Rapids for swimming and other outdoor activities. I highly recommend this home and hope to be back again.
