Absolutely. We travel with kids ourselves, so we know how helpful the little things can be.Available family amenities vary by property but may include items such as a mini crib, Pack ’n Play, toys and games, beach toys, outdoor play areas, and other family-friendly extras.Check the individual property listing for exactly what is provided.
Several are! Our properties offer different waterfront experiences, including lakefront living in Northern Michigan and canal-front living in Southwest Florida.Depending on the property, guests may have access to amenities such as docks, fishing, kayaks, canoes, stand-up paddleboards, or other water activities.Please see the individual property page for details.
At select properties, yes.Our Florida canal-front property offers approximately 50 feet of dockage on a sailboat canal with no bridges between the property and open water, making it especially convenient for boaters and anglers.Dockage requires advance approval and may involve an additional fee. Boat trailer storage and parking restrictions also apply, so please contact us before bringing a boat or trailer.

Fishing opportunities and amenities vary by property, so contact us if fishing is an important part of your trip and we can help you choose the best fit.
Amenities vary by property, but our homes are thoughtfully stocked for real vacations and extended stays.Depending on the property, you may find, bath and pool/beach towels, fully equipped kitchens, high-speed Wi-Fi, grills, coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas, children's items, games, water toys, kayaks, and other extras.Each property page includes a detailed list of what you can expect.
